Vegetarian housemate preferred in AMAROO, Australian Capital Territory for sale

Hi people I will be looking for a vegan/vegetarian housemate in about over a month's time so open to any expression of interest now. Exact availability date is yet to be confirmed. I live in a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment in Harrison (on Flemington Rd). Building comlex is only 6 months old, its 10K from the city centre with bus stop right outside the apartment. I have a master bed room with my own bathroom. So you will have sole access to the main bathroom. Rent will be around $200/week (I will have to confirm it with my house mate/landlord who will be moving to Sydney in about over a month or so).
I am a 32 yr old full-time male working professional. Looking for a mature minded male/female 25-35 years old full-time working professional or a student.
My preference is to have some one vegetarian but it is not an absolute requirement.
House is fully-furnished. Willingness to look after the place is a must.
